8pm 16 years after her appearance as a Kit Kat Girl in the Cabaret performance at the 1998 Tony Awards, Leenya once again plays in her underwear on the bandstand behind Alan Cumming and the 2014 Revival cast, this time with a much bigger stringed instrument. 1:00pm New York Theatre Workshop 79 E. 4th Street Leenya Rideout will perform in a reading of Clear, a new musical by Paul Oakley Stovall, music direction and arrangement by Brad Simmons. This is her third time to be included in the development of this musical after the O'Neill Festival in 2010 and About Face Theatre's reading at the Pritzker Pavillion in Chicago last fall. |
